The printing technique monotyping with examples of work
In the examples shown, I have removed old printing plates (photogravures) except for a few visible fragments with an eccentric sander. In the preparation for printing, I used a wide variety of paper types and mixed the printing inks without adding linseed oil. The inks were applied with the help of a spatula .
The result in each case was purely random….
